 Creelers place spools of yarn onto holders and tie knots, often using a diagram to create a pattern. The creels supply the tufting machines with yarn to manufacture carpet. This engaging role is fast-paced, keeping the creels full and running.

 Lift Truck Operators (LTO) are associates who move products and supplies around on powered industrial trucks (PIT). These vehicles have different attachments to carry items like pallets or rolls of carpet. This engaging role is constantly on the move!
