By investing in our early careers programs, we are investing in our future.
About our programs
In our co-op program, students alternate between semesters working at Shaw and taking classes on campus through their university. As students progress through the program, they are able to take on roles with increasing responsibility and may request projects that match their skills and interests. Typically three work semesters are needed to gradutate from a co-op with Shaw, and the students must be formally registered with their school's co-op or career services office.
In our Internship program, students gain a similar experience as co-ops but can work as few as 1 or as many as 4 semesters total with us. Graduates are eligible to work as an intern with us for one semester immediately following their graduation date.
