By investing in our early careers programs, we are investing in our future.
About our programs
In our Co-op program, students typically alternate between semesters working at Shaw and taking classes on campus through their university. As students progress through the program, they are able to take on roles with increasing responsibility and may request projects that match their skills and interests. The students must be formally registered with their school's co-op or career services office.
In our Internship program, students gain a similar experience as co-ops and are eligible to work as an intern with us while they are enrolled in an accredited college or university and up to one semester immediately following their graduation date.
Eligibility
Students must be currently enrolled in a College or University working on a 4-year degree; credit hours and GPA will be monitored.
