There has never been a more exciting time to join our team in Aiken, SC. Plant 78 will soon become Shaw’s most advanced fiber manufacturing facility. Job opportunities
 We provide stable work, consistent hours with optional overtime and a variety of career paths. Plant 78 is currently hiring for: 
  • Entry-level positions: extrusion, twisting, heat set and lift truck operators
  • Skilled positions: industrial electricians, industrial mechanics, and automation technicians 
  • Leadership positions: supervisors, department leads and management 
Training and advancement
 Associates being hired today will have access to specialized on-the-job instruction to support their advancement. Our Ignite program, in partnership with the local technical college and Shaw’s nationally recognized training program, prepares associates for the highly skilled positions within the operation.
